Standard shipping is free for all orders over CAN $ 250 (before taxes) in Canada and the United States.
Delivery and monitoring
We process orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday, except holidays). Although most orders are dispatched within three working days or less, please allow up to five working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
The following information specifies the estimated period of time you should receive your order after it has been shipped (according to Canada Post 2018 delivery standards):
– Expedited Parcel :: 2 to 9 working days after the shipping date
– Regular Parcel: 1 to 7 working days after the shipping date
– Xpresspost: 1 to 2 working days after the shipping date
– Priority: delivery the day after the day of shipment

– Small USA Air package: 5 to 8 working days after the shipping date
– Tracked Packet USA: 4 to 7 working days after the shipping date
– Expedited Parcel USA: 4 to 5 working days after the shipping date
– Xpresspost USA: 2 to 3 working days after the shipping date
– Priority worldwide: the working day following the date of shipment

– Small Packet International Surface: 4 to 12 weeks from the date of shipment
– Small Packet International Air: 6 to 10 working days from the date of shipment
– Tracked Packet International: 6 to 10 working days after the shipping date
– Xpresspost International: 4 to 9 working days after the shipping date
– Priority worlwide: 2 to 3 working days from the date of shipment depending on the destination
The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination and holidays. We ask you to wait up to 10 working days for tracking packages, and 20 working days for tracking packages, before contacting us regarding your order. If you have not yet received your order within this period or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at email@example.com and we will notify Canada Post.
Once Again is not responsible for the destination country tax and / or customs fees that may be incurred. The buyer will be held responsible for all restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges collected from the destination country.
Note that all of our packages are shipped with the signature requirement. Please provide an address where a recipient can sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
We do not deliver to APO / FPO addresses or PO boxes. Once Again is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
